Spring has sprung in Jackson and there’s something about this season that has us smitten with the Weekend Brunch. We prefer outdoor deck dining, light and fresh fare accompanied by a bottle of chilled (white or pink) wine and finished with an easy dessert of fresh fruit dipped in our house-made Hazelnut Nutella. It’s a decidedly no-fuss gathering that is perfect for a mellow Sunday before the madness of summer takes over.
Our weekend brunch favorites:
Ricotta Toast with Pea and Radish (you can find a yum version also featuring Vertical Harvest pea shoots on our new spring/summer Persephone menu.)
