BREAKFAST PASTRY

All pastry is delivered by 7:15am and things do run out as the day goes on. To ensure that we only serve the freshest pastry (always baked day-of), and to limit waste, we encourage you to come early, order online or use our app to reserve items if you have specific preferences. Daily availability & seasonal specials will vary.

CROISSANT $2.75
Our traditional French croissants are made with 100% european butter and have a lighflakyey crust and a rich buttery flavor. This is the closest you will get to France in Wyoming!

CHOCOLATE CROISSANT $3.25 
Our delicious croissant filled with dark Valrhona chocolate.

ALMOND CROISSANT $3.25 
Croissant with a frangipane filling, topped with toasted almonds and donut sugar.

HAM AND CHEESE CROISSANT $4.25
This savory croissant is filled with Italian prosciutto and French gruyere.

CINNAMON BRIOCHE $3.25
Our cinnamon rolls are made from laminated brioche, swirled with ceylon cinnamon and brown sugar, and dusted with cinnamon and sugar.

KOUIGN AMANN $3.75 
A florette of laminated croissant dough coated in caramelized sugar.

BLUEBERRY MUFFIN $3
This sweet muffin is made with fresh, tart, blueberries, and topped with a slightly crunchy oat crumble.

MORNING GLORY MUFFIN $3
This whole wheat based muffin combines banana, apricot, raisins, coconut, oats and flax for a hearty breakfast option.

SWEET SCONE $3
Slightly sweet with white chocolate chunks and pistachio orange topping.

SAVORY SCONE $3
Cheddar black pepper.

GLUTEN FREE CITRUS CAKE $3.75
This light, very moist, citrus cake is made with almond flour, as a substitute for wheat flour, fresh orange zest, eggs, and sugar.

LATE MORNING PASTRY

Late morning pastries are delivered daily at 10:30am. Selection varies daily.

FRANGIPANE TART $26 whole | $4.50 slice
Our seasonal tarts lay the freshest and most delicious fruit of the season on a layer of decadent almond pastry cream and are baked to a golden brown in our handmade sweet tart shells.

TARTLET $6
A 4″ mini tart shell filled with seasonal fruit and mascarpone or lemon meringue. Recommended as a single serving. (Seasonal: please call for current flavor).

CHOCOLATE BANANA BUNDT CAKE $30 whole | $3.75 slice
Banana, chocolate chips, and olive oil, drizzled with caramel.

FRENCH MACARON (GLUTEN FREE) $2

Toasted meringue oozes out of our house made, chocolate-dipped graham crackers. And with the addition of Persephone nutella to the mix, no other s’more will stand a chance.
