Afar magazine recently published the article ‘Coffeeland’ by Ami Vitale, which takes a fascinating look at what coffee means to Ethiopia and how Intelligentsia, with their ‘direct trade’ philosophy, is helping to cultivate some of the best single origin coffee sourced in the world. This is definitely worth a read, and perhaps a sip. We will be serving the Yirgacheffe Ethiopian coffee in the next week so keep an eye out!
