Job Title: Food Runner
Reports To: Floor Manager
Job Summary:
Persephone is seeking an individual to join our team as a front of house food runner. We are looking for a friendly and efficient multitasker who is enthusiastic about coffee and high quality food. As a food runner, your main role is to help the FOH team in delivering the Persephone guest experience.
This is a wonderful opportunity for someone looking to expand on their restaurant service skills while growing within a company.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain a well-informed knowledge of the menu in the café and services available, and communicate that information in a style consistent with The Persephone image.
- Run food, bus tables, pack to-go orders, package retail goods, brew coffee, and help with any other tasks or projects that need assistance.
- Work hard with a supportive team to deliver impeccable customer service and connect with our restaurant guests.
