Our classic French version of everyone's favorite brunch item is a decadent deep dish pastry crust filled with rich baked custard, thick cut bacon, sweet caramelized onions, and gruyere cheese.

Warming instructions:
- Defrost in refrigerator overnight
- Wrap quiche in foil
- Warm in 350F oven for 30-45 minutes

Ingredients: Whole milk (milk, vitamin D3), heavy cream (cream, carrageenan, mono and diglycerides), egg (whole eggs, citric acid, 0.15% water), salt.
Filling: Bacon (cured with water, salt, sodium phosphate, honey, sodium erythorbate, flavoring, sodium nitrite), onion, cheese (swiss cheese pasteurized part-skim milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes, anti-caking blend, potato starch, powdered cellulose).
Pie dough: Flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), butter (pasteurized cream, natural flavorings, milk), sugar, salt, egg (whole eggs, citric acid, 0.15% water), vanilla (sucrose, glucose syrup, natural and artificial vanilla flavor, thickening agent, colorant, vanilla seeds, potassium sorbate).
