Ever traditional in our Christmas creations, we build our Bûche de Noël according to the classic French specifications: Chocolate genoise cake coiled around chocolate buttercream, frosted with dark chocolate ganache. Despite our decorum, we applaud viennoiserie vigilantes who break the bûche rules with decadent designs. As the following pastry masterpieces suggest, Paris takes the cake for Christmas creativity.
