Is it possible that six weeks have flown by (in a cloud of espresso steam and powdered sugar)? Thank you to everyone who has joined us in our wild journey as a new cafe: everyone who patiently waits in line for a latte, everyone who enjoys the dappled shade of our porch, everyone who types and tacks a note on our message board. Thank you too to everyone who has written about us; your glowing words make the long days all the more worthwhile.
This week, Dishing posted an article on its website — about the aesthetics of the bakery, a fun angle to explore! On July 10, Laurel “Bru” Wicks penned a beautiful piece on us for her Jackson Hole News&Guide column, Chef Notes. She highlighted the most lovely moments of our conversation! And Brides Magazine, in its current August issue, dubbed Persephone one of the best bakery’s for a wedding cake in Wyoming in their roundup of all 50 states. A huge “thank you” for all of the support, in print and in person!
Be sure to check out the dishing post this week where local arts writer Katy Niner explores the many inspirational partnerships Persephone engaged in creating it’s unique atmosphere.
