BAGUETTE/DEMI
Our baguette is made using a traditional French method and is baked to a beautiful golden brown. The thin crust is crispy and flaky with a slight chew, and the crumb is light with an open structure. Available in traditional or half size. Flour: 100% organic wheat flour

PAIN AU LEVAIN
This naturally leavened rustic bread is made with 90% organic wheat flour and 10% organic rye flour. It’s creamy and slightly acidic crumb is balanced by its dark caramelized crusty exterior. Flour: 90% organic wheat flour, 10% organic rye flour

MULTIGRAIN
Made with organic whole wheat flour and lots of hearty organic grains like flax seed, millet and cracked wheat, this bread has an incredibly moist crumb and a dark caramelized crust. Flour: 90% organic wheat flour, 10% organic whole wheat flour

CIABATTA
This classic Italian bread has a very light interior marked by large irregular holes, and is contrasted by its darkly toasted yet chewy crust. A great choice for a delicious antipasti plate! Flour: 100% organic wheat flour

RYE
A deli-style rye to add delicious earthy flavor to your sandwich.

SESAME SEMOLINA
A thick golden crust coated with toasted sesame seeds encases a creamy yellow crumb with a medium irregular hole structure. Flour: 50% organic semolina flour, 50% organic wheat flour

WHOLE WHEAT
This darkly caramelized loaf, coated with toasted wheat bran, has a tighter crumb with smaller more regular holes Flour: 50% organic whole wheat flour, 50% organic wheat flour

BRIOCHE BUN/SLIDER
This traditional or mini sized bun has an egg washed thin crust, with or without toasted sesame seeds, and a buttery moist interior.

MULTIGRAIN BUN
Our multigrain bun is moist and tender, and full of hearty grains to lend a delicious texture to your burger or sandwich.

RUSTIC CLUB CIABATTA
This elongated ciabatta roll has a tender interior and thin crust, and is a very versatile sandwich bread.

CIABATTA SQUARE ROLL
This ciabatta roll is great for smaller sandwiches or makes a fantastic burger bun with a bit of a chewy texture.

BURGER BUN
This all purpose bun is your basic light fluffy white bun. Available plain, with sesame seeds or asiago cheese.

Flour: 80% organic wheat flour, 20% organic whole wheat flour, with a generous amount of toasted walnuts and sweet currants

HERBED FOCACCIA
A golden brown, slightly chewy crust flavored by fresh thyme, rosemary and EVOO.

BRIOCHE LOAF
This traditional French loaf, made with 100% European butter, has a flaky golden crust and a light tender crumb. Flour: 100% organic wheat flour (with european butter, eggs, and sugar)
