Order Processing

Persephone will process your online order within 48-72 hours given all items are in stock. Occasionally items may be oversold. All backorder items will ship as we receive them in the shop and therefore items ordered together may not be shipped together. We will contact you if any of your items are backordered in the event changes are needed to proceed with the order.

Persephone Supply ships all orders via FedEx, Monday through Friday. Your shipping options and cost will be outlined at the time of checkout. You may track your order via the FedEx website after your order has shipped. Upon shipping you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.

Returns

If you are disappointed in your goods, please let us know so we can see how we can help.  However, due to the special and unique qualities of many of the items we carry we can not offer returns more than 14 days past the purchase date. Any item to be returned must be in new condition. Food items are not eligible for return.  Seasonal and sale items are not eligible for returns.

Please note: All shipping fees are non-refundable unless product is determined to be defective or damaged.
