A Café favorite for sandwiches, sides and toasts. Made with whole wheat flour and lots of hearty organic grains like flax seed, millet and cracked wheat, this bread has an incredibly moist crumb and a dark caramelized crust. Flour: 90% organic wheat flour, 10% organic whole wheat flour. Available whole or pre-sliced.
