A Café favorite for sandwiches. This naturally leavened rustic bread is made with 90% wheat flour and 10% rye flour. It’s creamy and slightly acidic crumb is balanced by its dark caramelized crusty exterior. Available whole or pre-sliced.
Ingredients: Flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), dark rye flour, water, salt, dough conditioner (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, malted barley flour, ascorbic acid, enzymes), levain starter (flour, water).
